REROOT
A high quantity of waste food consists of vegetables and salad that are edible or could be regrown - ReRoot aims to help users regrow food scraps in a domestic environment without a garden.
The ReRoot bin has three separate sections for sprouting, growth and drainage, allowing users to waste fewer vegetables. This idea is reflected in the logo, which shows a sprouting shoot, surrounded by some of the types of vegetables that could be regrown in the bin.
